Increasing the Adaptivity of Workers of Ellatzite-Med AD via On-the-job Training and Integrated Training Project under the Human Resources Development 2007–2013 Operational Programme.

The project was implemented under a grant aid scheme: ‘Qualification Services and Employee Training’. Among the professions and specialties, in which employees completed their training, are:

• Foreign language training
• Training in the Welder profession, Welding specialty
• Training in the Fitter of Transportation Machinery profession, Road Construction Machinery specialty.
• Training in the Operator in the Mining Industry profession, Ore Dressing specialty.
